WP tag surfer

I’m using wordpress for the first time. One feature I found really
interesting is the "Tag Surfer". I’m subscribed to EVO and SMiELT, but
I only get feed from Illya’s and Sarolta’s blogs. I don’t know if the
others are not tagging or if these feature is not very reliable. Is it
reliable?
I’ve added lots of blogs to my feed reader. I’ve picked them up from the forum and the profiles, but I might have missed some.
